In this course you will learn a lifelong skill; increase your confidence whilst developing and improving balance, co-ordination, endurance, agility, flexibility, timing, rhythm and styling. You will be exercising with a smile and without the grunt of the gym.

Dance yourself FIT.

In this energetic style of salsa you will learn how to master impressive moves, mens’ slick footwork and ladies’ gracious arm styling and rhythmic body movement.

You will feel comfortable and confident in any salsa club.
